I designed a coil that uses 0.2mm copper wires. Each coil covers 45 degrees, which would align perfectly with the magnetic rotor with 8 magnets. The coil adapter mounts the coils to the 2020 extrusion. Everything designed in Fusion 360.

I designed circuit boards for my magnetic flux testing machine:
• the power distribution board converts 12v from a USB-PB trigger board to 3.3v for MCU, 9v for DC motor, and 12v to stepper motor driver.
• the coil adapter board takes in the 2 wires from the coils, converts to DC with a full bridge rectifier, and passes to a potentiometer for adjusting the output voltage. (needs to be under 3.3v for the Pi Pico ADC)
