@cupcakes0i’m starting a mystery garden! mystery because i forgot what i planted :roo-yay:
@Ishan0Here’s a demo of a game I made in Sprig. I started yesterday afternoon and this is what I have right now. My computer actually crashed yesterday and deleted like all the art so I had to redo that lol. I initially wanted to make a flight sim but I ended up simulating gravity (even though this is supposed to be like a tile-based map kind of game engine) and things just naturally happened from there. Thanks to @ced for all the bug fixing and no thanks to ced for all the crummy error messages sprig gives you:angryeyes:. Also thanks to Leo and Kara. 10/10 would recommend you try out sprig.hackclub.dev. I don’t often post here but someone told me I should. Here’s a link to the game as it is now: sprig.hackclub.dev/?id=69498e0157d29c9dafa168e998e82712. See if you can figure out the cheat code that lets you skip a level. Currently adding a score system (which will rely on a hacky text renderer ced made today). I’m really excited to see this on a physical console.@lmcelroy0Putting together the new gallery for the Sprig puzzle-game engine! Much thanks to @belle for her work on it: sprig-gallery.hackclub.dev
We're looking for help testing the system. If you build a game for the gallery we will send you a handheld console and dev-board! You can get started by following this guide or checking out the grow tab in the editor.
@ced0paste.rs/mdc.js
there's something really satisfying about this Sprig demo
(ye dass what we're callin it now. Sprig Engine or something idk)
@jzaleta0Today I had my Organic Chemistry 🧪 test and tomorrow I have an English one! Also I will be downloading some Biology 🦠 presentations for my class to study, and I'm planning to somehow host them on a website to be able to share and view them online, so I have to find ways on how to do that! 💻 Today I couldn't work on my personal website, also I'll try to get back at Blender soon! There's a new version with cool features, and 3D Modeling is awesome so I'll make my best to keep learning 3D Art! :blender:
@jzaleta0Today I got to write more content for my website, design is very important, but been able to express what I want to share is too! I also studied today for my Organic Chemistry ⚗️ 🧪 exam that's going to be this next Monday and here's some plants 🌱 on a photo I took 📸 a while ago because I need an image to post here. It might look a bit blurry because I took it through a car's window. 🚗
@jzaleta0Today I had Biology 🌱 Lab 🧪 and the answers of the Biology 🦠 test I did a while ago! I got the second highest score on it. 🥈 I also have new design ideas for my website! :yay: Here's some random pictures 📸 from my gallery because there's nothing to add in here. I should probably have a default image to add to my Scrapbook :hack-club: when there's nothing else to add :thinking: , so I'm going to be designing that soon! :quad_parrot:
@jzaleta0Tomorrow I'm having Biology 🌱 Lab 🧪 again, but sadly :sadge: looks like the microscope 🔬 practices are finished, so the next ones are going to be different, more data-writing 📝 focused. Also I've been trying to work again on my website, and decided to use a gradient background so I'm learning how to to that with CSS :css:!
@jzaleta0Today I had Biology 🌱 Lab 🧪 again as every Wednesday, and we did a Haematology study where we analyzed with a microscope 🔬 some erythrocytes and white blood cells like Lymphocytes, Neutrophils, Basophils, Monocytes and Eosinophils! Here's some of the cell pictures took today!
@jzaleta0Tomorrow I'm having a big Biology test about the Cell Nucleus, DNA Replication, Transcription and Translation 🧬 , also today I had Bio Lab 🧪 again and as promised I'm going to be sharing more pictures, separated this time on two #scrapbook posts :hack-club::scrappy: , this one with old images from last class which I couldn't upload that time and next one with images from new lab class from today!!! (Here are the previous ones):
@jzaleta0Today I had my second Biology Lab Class! 🌱 🧪 We did some experiments about Connective tissue, the Epithelium and observed some other cells at the microscope 🔬 and learned a lot of new things! I'm also working on my coding workshops as well :hack-club:! Currently I'm doing some small websites to learn more about web development with HTML and CSS :cat_typing:! Also I used MDN Web Docs and saw the website's redesign! :mozilla: Here's some pictures I took today on the lab! There are more and I'll try to share and upload them to my scrapbook later or tomorrow!!!
@onrisky0Hello to whoever is seeing this, I wanna show you what I've done today so far.
1. In the first 2 images, you'll see my cherry tomato plants, both of two images show plants germinated the same day, the only difference between both is that the plants in the first image are being grown in soil that has no "nutrients" (they got stuck there), and the plants in the second image have the best soil I could find, that's why these lasts ones look bigger and a lot better. So today I decided to transplant more plants to the better soil and I hope they'll grow as good as the another ones.
2. In the third image I was removing all the plants that basically don't do anything and i'm planting new ones that can gimme food.
3. And finaaally you'll see my homegrown grapes, yes GRAPES, ofc they're not ready to be eaten but they will sooooon.
Ahh today is a beautiful day and I feel so good bro, like today is a sunny day but it also was raining while being sunny like wtf!! Hope you guys are having an amazing day, cya!
@clairebookworm0Wow, Notion is so awesome for getting all these plant diagrams in order :notion:
@clairebookworm0Auxin hormones! Did you know botanists are bitter that the definition of hormones have been taken over by the human anatomists? Drama much
